Computer HDT/VICAT Tester
Model: SZ-6604 This machine is designed for determining the heat deflection temperature (HDT) of the plastic samples (The temperature at which the plastic sample is bended at 3 points under a specified load), and the VICAT softening temperature of the plastic samples (The temperature at which the plastic sample is penetrated by a needle under specified load).
This machine can be cooled by either the compressor or the water cooling system. The use of the compressor can effectively and rapidly reduce the temperature, and save water used for the water cooling system. All metals immersed in heat transfer oil at high temperature are the alloy

steels with low coefficient of deformation, so it can minimize the material deformation a high temperature and improve the accuracy of the test result. It is characterized by heating, cooling, controlling stir automatically and displaying the temperature at the measured point automatically. With the high-precise LVDT displacement sensor measuring the deformation of the indenter and the deformation-detecting amplifier developed by XYCXIE, it is high in resolution and accurate in detection without data fluctuation.
